So it's got heavy impact damage to the side slap bang between the wheels with major damage to the door and cill (obviously) but also the floor and the roof plus it's taken the B pillar in with it too. oh and the screen has gone.

Not worth me collecting any insurance so not really sure what to do with it. It's got a full service history, never been off road and was a great little runner beforehand. It's a 1999 hardtop model.

I can't see any way of fixing it so it must either be strip for parts or sell as is but what's it worth ?

Any decent suggestions please.

Is the chassis straight?

If so get a replacement body from someones "buggy" project or someone who has siezed their engine.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThanks - I have the space but not really the time plus I wasn't sure I'll get rid of the majority of it and be left with a load of leftovers.

Also I'm so gutted about the crash so I kind of just want rid of it but clearly want to get the best price I can to help soften the blow

The ebay link is below - suggestions on a "buy it now price"

I wondered about a body replacement but wasn't sure if I could find one.

Is it a big job to swap ?

I'll have to check the chassis more thoroughly too.

I tried to sell a Morris Minor a few years ago. Had no takers so I decided to break it for spares. Sold everything, even the shell.

I dont no if "CAM suzuki" on ebay is near you but it might be worth contacting him to see if he would buy it off you. He has a fair few accident damaged Jimnys that he sells parts from as well as selling the whole car.

Looking at your location, id give Rob Butler at ORA a bell, It would be the perfect donor for his buggys as long as the chassis is sound.

Hi wheels still look to be in line so why not keep it as an off road toy - take off body and sellon any good bits , pop on a Jago jeep - (fibre glass) body = no rust ever and light weight similar wheel base, add a roll cage and away you go, fit for years of happy motoring.

Frankly if the chassis is straight I'd get a loan out and have ORA build me a tubular buggy with a roof and some basic side panels and just carry on using it as normal.... It'd still be more comfortable than a Caterham
