Kap sell the bushes seperatly, Jimnybits include the bushes! Ora don't need bushes.

I have a couple of sets of arms so I can put new bushes in the spare arms and swap them over at once.

cheapest option is make your own new heavy duty rods & fit new bushes or use rose joints
