Standard tyres on Jimny was created by wanderinstar
Am going to buy a Jimny. But what are the standard size tyres on them. I made enquiries for 195/15 and was told these were an obsolete size and very difficult to get hold of.
What type and size tyres on yours?

205/70 R15 standard

nearest size for AT's is 205/75 R15
I'd for the new General Grabber AT's for road use - about £82 each fitted
;)

For 100% road use the standard Duellers are fine.
I got through all the snow last year and never had an issue.

For occassional offroad ability AT's are the way to go, and the General Grabbers that Halford mentions are a good all-rounder.

Last week I did 70mph (measured on gps) on my 33" MT Baja Claws on the M1!! :woohoo:

My mates missus behind me in his Mazda having never seen Jambo before said, "guess we have to do 50 in the bloody slow lane now", he replies "errrr were doing nearly 80 love!"

How wrong she was!! lol

Although MPG is AWFUL! and the road noise is err... interesting!!
