I have been chasing up sensors to stock on BigJimny. I have been in conversations with the Distributor who prematurely announced their arrival in May/June. The last statement from the manufacturer is that it will be the end of August. The excuse is that the Tsunami in Japan is creating a severe shortage of this type of component.
It will be no consolation to you to know that the sensors will range from £30 to £45 depending on the model/age of Jimny you have.

I should also state that generic (three wire and four wire) sensors are around and are available but as you have to plumb these into the wiring and, to some extent, guess on the sensor characteristics required, I have not stocked these as most BigJimny customers want a simple straight plug-in solution.

I've got a spare, used crank sensor in the garage but it's for the 'M' motor, I presume they're different?
