That's a similar idea to how I thought about having a rear winch fitted. I was assuming I would have to do away with the rear silencer but it looks like it's doable with just a smaller one!

Im the same gromit......been off work 6 months last year sick trying to avoid an operation that could see me with mobility issues just to be told yesterday it looks like nothings working and i will need it anyway

looks like a random silencer box, probably a front one with a 90 degree bend clamped on?
