I started out with nothing & still have most of it left

A while back I mentioned that I wouldn't be online as much due to a move my wife I are planning. I am really hoping that the move won't make me disappear completely. There currently isn't any internet connection where we are going. I thought that I would at least share some of the details.
We will be relocating to the mountains of Rizal province in the Philippines. Arrived in typical Jimny style last Saturday to discuss final details of the purchase.
Overlooking the area near our property:
In honesty, I was expecting that we would need the 4WD due to the mud roads. I was surprised that it was quite dry.

The property itself is about 1000 sq meters. It is relatively level with a nice area for a home.
One of the things I really like about the area is that there is almost a countless number of trails to drive. Some are extremely challenging.
Currently being the wet season, I know we won't start any construction for the next 6 or 7 months. During that time I will try to contribute as often as possible and at least update my build thread. Haven't touched that for a long time.

Keithy:
With all of the planning I have done, I have to admit that I didn't even think of deliveries. Not that there is a lot more I plan to do to the Jimny (yeah....sure). We won't be selling our home in Metro Manila so I will probably have shipments go there. Our daughter and her husband have moved here from the U.S. and we plan on having them live in the house. I had better talk them into being our personal delivery service.
Thanks to all for the comments.

Welcome to the Philippines (Mabuhay), I moved here just over a year ago, I'm now living in Bayugan City whereas I was in Prosperidad before and it really has all of the trails for our Jimnys

Thanks John. Nearly nine years here for me. We have been living in the Metro Manila area. Not too sad to leave it so that I can get into the mountains. I'd suggest a meeting but you are quite a ways away.
Thank you too Andy. I'm not a real mud guy but there are a lot of trails to go on during the dry season.
