Just been out in my other love, they are like chalk and cheese to drive the jimny and this but both the same for miles per smiles :woohoo: :woohoo:
Just back from having a carb rebuild, new cam and distributor fitted and boy she goes

The Mini is my first love when it comes to cars, I still have my 1986 Mini Mayfair (although it has a different shell and all the other bits are stored ready for clean /refurb and rebuild.

After a lot of research I shelved the supercharger and kept with more traditional form of engine an A road has never been so much fun :laugh:

Oh my lordy! That is a beauty. Got any more pics from the front and inside, ohhh and that plucky little engine??

Are there no similaritys in terms of an old school mechanical feel to them both??

This was my Mini. By the time I had finished it, it was about as original as Trigger's broom. Wished I had kept it..... but you cant keep everything.
