Just had a nice afternoon out. Took a few photos and thought I would share them. 
Just up the A28 from home, Great Dixter House and gardens. I have driven past loads of times

Its the mild climate down on the south coast. A lot of the spring flowers are on the way out already.
We have had Daff's out since Jan and the Bluebells are out already. Its a bit of a pain if you like gardening
as we have only had one proper day of rain in the last month and the ground is like concrete.

No need. The oast house and barn in the grounds was about 150' x 40' :laugh: :evil:
