Sell your bits!
NOTE: This is for members and their private sales/wants.
There are rules that suppliers have to follow (and many of you do follow the rules). However there have been a number of instances recently where "suppliers" have broken the rules.
Suppliers/Dealers or anyone selling with a commercial view in mind CANNOT post here unless responding to a specific request of a member in a "wanted" post.
Suppliers include people "breaking for spares" on a regular basis, when purchasing spares members should ask a supplier what they contribute to the running of the forum

Ditto pete, Looks great, white suits it real well, it'd look good caked in mud! :side: .
Sadly it's about 3 times my budget.

It's bang on my budget, but I'm looking for an auto! I've made FIVE offers on dealer Jimnys, but four of them won't budge on price ("cause, like, winter;'s coming") and one Suzuki dealer in London turned out to be a joke outfit (and I so nearly bought their car). Their immobility on price has surprised me. Haven't done this for a few years, but I remember salesmen being flexible.

Wish I could help, but if it's got to be an auto, apologies. However, if you want to have a look at mine, feel free to drop me a line.

Most you will get out of a Suzuki dealer would be £500. Production is ending so availability is dropping hence prices are holding. I was in my local dealers in early October and the last two Jimnys available this year were just being reversed of the transporter, and their arrival was a surprise to the dealer as they were customer orders but they had not been able to get a clear delivery date from Suzuki.
If you can complete on a deal really quickly then go in and make an offer between Christmas and New Year. Providing we are not knee deep in snow and everyone wants a 4x4 then this is a good time as dealers are slack with everyone in post christmas debt and the end of their sales numbers on Dec 31st is approaching so they may need any sale (used or new) to make their numbers.
