Not sure on what people's thought's would be on this, but would it be worth adding an extra part to the forum for locations? i.e north east, doon soof etc
We could get to know the people local to our area and post up mini trips out and stuff (would save adam's PM's lol).
It think it could be a good idea as long as it dosent turn out so we have isolated pockets of jimny owners all over the country who dont talk to each other

Either that or have a sticky somewhere with a list of everyone and their location which gets updated as people join so you know who to pm? Depending on what's easiest?

Yeah, like the idea Jimbru
How about a 'club events' - for biggies such as Tong - and a 'local events' for regional stuff (like 'a few of are having a trundle round t'Dales' kind of thing)?
I think it would make it more of a social thing rather than creating a split into groups. I wouldn't want to head down to Wiltshire for a half-days laning for example - but I'd like to hear about how the adventure went for those that took part and vice-versa.

I am working on a map utility, but been a bit busy at work over the last couple of weeks. This will show the locations of members if they wish.
I also personally use Google Latitude and if anyone else wants to participate in this then let me know,

Right, so the map facility has been added
See

I will also add in a "local events" section to the forum
