And the story so far.....
Yesterday morning, no problems, ran like it used to.
Last night, ok.
Today, CRAP! Back to snail speed..............................
No other sites affected.

mines fine and has been since this topic was started, its fast on my phone (galaxy s4) and its fast on my laptop. my broadband is shocking aswell as i live in a village, i get 4mbs download on a good day
sometimes its abit slower than other times but that could just be caused by high site traffic

It's that frustrating that until my Jim is back on the road, I'm not going to use the forum for a while.
All this time waiting on pages to load etc, I won't ever get back and I can't afford the time at my age.
So might see y'all next week?
Trouble is, if it's not back up to speed, it'll take longer to catch up!
Sod it, I'll sell Jim for parts and get a lightweight or a landcruiser.

Two reasons I hadn't commented:
1. I had not noticed this posting
2. I had not noticed the issue myself
During backup times I have noticed it runs slow and occasionally something on the Internet hits it hard.
However, in a related issue, the versions of software it is running are now 18 months old and there are many new updates. I also get a message stating that I need to update the version of PHP soon as the website software will no longer support the version I am running.
To this end I attempted an upgrade this evening which failed, so it was off the air for about 1 hour.
I will leave it as it is and please report issues

Posts about 90 minutes ago may have been lost when I attempted the update.
Lots of pictures will give issues to people who have limited bandwidth

There are some interesting dips in the overall traffic, I do not know whether this is when it stops for you or if it is simply failing to collect the stats.
