Its not always comvienient to add pics,I think alot of people are mobile users (I know I am anyway) which is partly what makes this forum so usefull as when you ask a question you generaly get a quick response 
if your relying on people adding pictures responces will take alot longer.
if your unsure what the parts actually look like just ask and someome might be generous enough to goto the effort of puttin a pic up
