Ha, ha. Funnily enough, I have been thinking of getting a Defender (in addition to the CO's O2). Why shouldn't I?
Discuss. Logical responses in respect of reliability, etc please

Three people I know have had to replace the steering boxes on their LRs.
The same 3 people have had to replace their transfer boxes.
Have you ever fitted a LR transfer box? It's big, heavy and no bloody fun at all!
On the plus side, LR parts are plentiful & cheap... but why?
I would like a Disco but the rot & potential for problems is silly. I know the Jimjam has issues with kingpins & death wobble but nothing goes really wrong.
Anyways, I've voted yes as I like all Zukes & can remember a bit about my old SJ.
