Customer service

I was truly impressed by the customer service offered by Martin, after ordering my products this evening (a Sunday aswell please note) I was immediately called up to confirm my order, any of my questions where answered and Martin was more than happy to help me out with some recommendations.

If only more companies were ran with such dedication. After being messed about recently by others, it is really reassuring to know that we still have shop owners that really care about there customers.
