The Post Office raised its postage charges last month.
The new rates are both weight and volume related. This makes it impossible for software to calculate all the combinations possible. I have analysed my recent sales and for larger items I am losing money on postage.
On speaking to the ladies in the post office, their sales have dropped dramatically. Last year the Post Office made a healthy profit on the back of Internet shops but it looks like they may have killed the Goose that lays the golden eggs.
Anyway, I am going to have to increase the postage on larger items. Sorry.

I have just opened an account with 'My Hermes' & have to say they have been spot on.
Collection from home & tracked at half the cost of RM hth ................
A number of people have reported this problem, I will keep looking for reasons why.
