Wifey had ordered me a snorkel from the BigJimny shop and I had ordered myself a couple of bolts 
Martin realised that the two orders where for the same address and refunded the P&P cost for the bolts and stuck them in with the snorkel without being asked.
Fantastic service, great products and a pleasure to deal with.
