The key work is to re-wire the Jimny to tidy up the the set-up and I took the opportunity to loom the air tubing into the loom.

The picture above shows the new gauge wired into the switch panel, along with the ARB locker switch and a new switch to control the power to the pump. The picture below shows the tidied up assembly.

The soleniod has been moved to the panel side of the tank and a quick release fitting has been added to the tank. This lets me connect an air hose system to inflate tyres etc.

At the other end another quick release has been added to the pump, this means it can be removed if necessary. In addition a pressure switch has been added. The power for the pump comes from the fornt switch panel and through the pressure switch. The switch automatically cuts the power to the pump when the pressure reaches 105 PSI and turns it back on when it drops to 85 PSI. This means the pump can be left switched on with the pressure switch controlling the tank safely.

So I now have a safe, properly wired in system.
