Indicator beep.

Indicator beep. was created by little boghopper
after the snow came and i went out playing in it laughing at BMs , there is now a beep when i indicate left coming from the rear passenger side,
can i just snip the wire to the buzzer, its probably shorting somewhere thou eh? read a thread on here but didnt have a solution has anyone else this problem?

Presumably you have a tow bar fitted. It will be shorting out somewhere, either in the 7 pin plug or along the yellow wire that leads to the buzzer. Most likely in the plug.

busta , you rekon that water has got in the plug, it looks brand new, is this a common fault the in the plug bud?

Quite possibly. They are pretty crap at keeping muck out. Could be wired up badly too. It's an easy thing to check and is where I'd start looking.

hey busta, the wiring goes up under the rear arches and seem v loose, i can pull them easily, i,ll pull out the rear trim and have a better look , report soon, cheers L.
