So if I get a Windows 10 laptop with no DVD drive and want to watch a film from my collection of DVDs how do I do it legally. I do not want to buy a laptop then have to by a USB DVD to lug around. I would rather put the film on to the laptop and erase it later on.
Do it right - use Hammerite
When the blue light is flashing I am kidding.

I use 'DVD SHRINK' which is a "legal" way to backup your media. You need to be a bit selective with the output and also do a bit of tidying up afterwards. I have then played them on desktop and also on tablet and mobile having first copied the files to my WiFi 64G SanDisk.
