There is a German specialized manufacturer Tibus offroad, which produces and sells bolt-on portal axle extenders / raisers for standard Jimny 3 4 front and rear axles.
Advantages and disadvantages
Be aware that of the following:
- While being a very effective modification of serious all-terrain use, portal axles are quite expensive and the reliability/durability can be a major issue.
- As a general rule, portal axles do not like high speeds.
- They also increase the fuel consumption to a certain degree.
