Yes this is the issue. Its a commercial world out there and choosing to make an investment in stock is a challenge. Using past experience typically I would have to invest in a batch and then fit and run one in a vehicle to test that it does not fall apart 10 minutes after fitting as the warranty would be with me. Once I have made that investment and they are on the market then, once everyone else sees they work and are selling they then stock them in their stores, Thats where a number of items previously sold have disappeared such as snorkles etc have gone, worked with supplier, bought a batch, sales were good, supplier decides to sell them direct on Ebay for less than the trade price he sold the batch to me, I am left with batch that I will make a loss on.
Its a commercial world and these are business decisions to be made but its just an explanation of why it is difficult and something we wrestle with.
For example I am toying with the idea of full body kits, have discussed with the company but cannot decide,

Too much investment in stock for me, sorry...

Ermintrude is a road car primarily so something as aggressive as an unlocking diff is not ideal for me. A helical slip diff on the other hand would be perfect.

I expect that price is a generic one and an e-mail first would be wise, It also mentions customs duty may be added too.

Hi Gents,
Yesterday I said this chinese company never replied to my questions. I sent them another direct mail yestersay and BOOM! I've been lucky now! (Maybe they've read my post? I don't think so.. )
Here are my questions and their replies below:
Dear Gabor,
Thanks for your inquiry. We produce various air lockers and some LSD. The lockers are popular in EURO market. The catalogs for air lockers and LSD and some pictures are sent with attached file for your reference.
About your questions, we answer as following:
- Do you have distributors for your product in the EU/UK? at present, no.
- Do you sell for private buyers directly? yes
- How much does one LSD unit cost? (Price without VAT and Custom Duty) could you tell me your postcode to check shipping cost?
- What's the minimum quantity for a single order? for distributors, moq is 5 pcs. for private buyers, one pc.
- What is the estimated delivey time in weeks? about 2 weeks
Please tell us the models you are interested in and we will send you distributor prices.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Regards!
They attached some photos and some basic documents in PDF.
Unfortunately seeing the airlock diff doc I'm not convinced that it's the european Jimny. I think it's still just the same 4x4 aka Samurai here in Europe.
