Rear seat removal was created by MrJinx
Apologies for being a mechanical numpty, but how do I remove the rear seats on my 2012 Jimny.
Do you unbolt them from underneath the car?
Thanks

No, they're unbolted from inside....
The rear seat squab (the bit you sit on) pulls out in one piece with a good tug (it's just on spring clips)
Then you'll be able to see the two outboard 14 mm bolts holding them to the floor.
Pull out the plastic filler piece in between the seats, this reveals two inboard bolts.
Go to the rear of the car and lift up the material from the rear of the seat uprights, you'll see two more bolts which hold them to the rear wings.
Hope this helps...

Hi Thanks for the info?
If I could have worked out how to get the back seat out then I wouldn't have snapped the interior panel behind the drivers seat putting a set of rear speakers in. Oh well there only £184.21 inc vat from Suzuki UK Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!
