Hey all Keithy mentioned a setup using jimny diesel discs and vitara lwb callipers, can anyone tell me what year and model callipers please?
Just sorted a dw problem after two sets of discs in 5k!! Looking for something more reliable than the weedy solids.

J999 MNY, ULYSSES M18 VVT with ITB's Dyno tested at 130hp
Pickup/tipper, R7me gearbox & 6.4 Rocklobster, 31" Toyo MT, 2x ARB air locker 3.9 diffs in braced axles, 6" total lift, Floating rear conversion, Raptor painted, CB, Recaro's, Caged, etc, etc...

and you need calipers/carriers and pads from a 2001-2005 grand vitara 1.6 i think.
Ive just ordered all of above recently and waiting for it all to arrive. Will see if it fits that easily

Norway 2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 BFG MT, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck, 17%/87% high/low gears.

Vitara year model from 1992 to 1998 approx. do not remember accurately. I got these for another project and test mounted in the garage. fits ok and even the vented disc from same car allmost fits. center hole only slight difference, can be turned/machined to fit. Dieseljimny discs probably fits much better.
bleed valve is not in top position when vitara calipers is mounted on the Jimny, so remember to bleed brakes with calipers loose and positioned so the bleed valves is upright.
Bracket for the caliper is also the same as on SJ. Same pads on SJ as Jimny, allmost same discs on early models(?), only center hole slightly different on my 05 car.
