Does anyone know how to dissasemble them? Left one is wobbly and it drives me crazy and right one has a crack so I'd like to fix them.

You can pop the glass off the adjustment ball joints and the body coloured backing can also pop off once the glass is out as it has "prongs" and it helps to squeeze them in a bit
Press the inner mirror side in and it will leave a gap on the outside edge.
Put your fingers in top and bottom and using your fingers as a lever lever outwards and it will pop off the ball joints.
Don't be afraid of breaking the glass as the backing plate is strong enough but don't use a screwdriver fingers are enough.
Just check your loose one has not just come off a ball joint.
I took mine apart when some kind soul whacked it with his mirror while it was parked :(
Anyway get the black mounting plate off and as said heat it up with a hair drier or bowl of hot water. Scrape/break off the broken glass which will now come off reasonably easy with the heat.
Use a bucket or cardboard box to contain the glass and wear gloves as it is VERY sharp.
I bought a new convex heated glass off ebay(around £7) It comes with the stick on pads.
Only snag was that the heated element was stuck on wrongly so that it didn't match up with the existing square wiring access hole in the mounting plate so I had to cut/drill a new hole.
You now have 2 options, stick the glass on to the plate first before popping it back on the ball joints or do it after. I chose to stick the glass on first as the backing plate edge is quite stiff when cold and the glass has to be eased into it so I heated it up with the hair drier again and it worked a treat then gently pop the glass/bracket back on the balls. I used a rolled up cloth to try to spread the force as it needs a firm press or use the heel of your hand
A bit of wd40 or silicone grease on the balls will ease them popping on.
The adjustment ratchet thingy may ratchet in but it will go on with a bit of pressure. The noise is normal.
You could always try popping it back on without the glass first to get the feel/idea
Certainly cheaper than genuine Suzuki :)

I started off high and worked my way down ever since :-)
