master cylinder question.

Just had mot done along with new belts and crank pulley. There was a slight weep on the master cylinder so i asked my mechanic to see if he could fix it. He was quoted £280 for a new one from germany as uk suzuki couldn't get one as car is old. Y reg with M13 A engine.
He has fitted a seal kit but in the future i may need a replacement master cylinder. My question is do all the M13A engined models have the same master cylinder or is the jimny master cylinder used in other suzuki models?.
