Also, I suffered really bad noise cornering from the rear (and play in my steering) I tracked it down to the rose jointed panhard rods sold by Off Road Armoury. I contacted them about it, but they refused to accept that it could be their part causing my issues. Replacing with Jimny Bits panhards (bushed, not rose joints) solved my issues totally.

Thread resurrection again...
Mine did it with stock springs and has continued to do it since running +2 inch springs.

If you look under at the top spring mount on the chassis side a couple of inch down there is a small rectangle tab of metal. Its this stupid appendage that the spring catches on during articulation up or down. Mines a y plate.

Take the springs off and hammer the bleeding thing flat out of the way. Jobs a goodun.
