JImny coil spacers was created by Mraz
Hi guys.

I'm a bit desperate. My front end is 1.5" lower than back and I failed MOT because of that. I need to put spacers under front springs but I have to do it ASAP as Jimny is my daily driver. Could anyone, please, give me dimensions of coil spacers so I can make them on my own as it's the fasterst way.

I need inner and outer diameter and thicknes & height of that inner lip.

Ive got these in the back, the internal hole is the width of the bump stops (fits round the bump stop) and overall diameter is a few mm wider than the springs. The inner lip is around 2 mm thick and twice the height of the thick bit the coil sits on.

Should think if u have hole saw bits and a lump of polyurethane its easy.

Depending on what or if any lift height you have could u swap back to stock for a day?

Or hide some sand bags in the back keep reciept and take them back after mot lol

All the best boss

Making them is no problem, 30 minutes on lathe and they're done. I was hoping foe exact measures so I don't have to go twice to my mechanic and lift the car.

I have Trail Master 2" lift and no original springs and shocks.

I'd be more concerned why your Jimny isn't sitting level. Sounds like you've got the front and rear springs the wrong way around. Regardless, that alone shouldn't be reason to fail an MOT. What's the tester failed it for?
