Lot of trials! We get one a month due to lack of sites.
How many entries do you get? We talk about how many off roaders there are around and very few go trialling.
In the eighties we used to get 100+ entries in the south east, these days we're in single figures a lot of the time

Normally around 15 in RTV (RTV open class i run in)
Inter club event in august is around 40 in RTV
CCV and Comp safari get a good turn out 

If I get a fire extinguisher in my car, I can compete in ccv. I'm considering that next although I'd like to make the Jimny a bit more capable.
Our club has made a super short wheel base class (sswb) so we're not competing directly with L/R's, although you can still win outright. Not particularly loved by some defender owners. Was in a recent trial laid out by a guest from a local LR club, he had put some really tricky stuff like some deep water. He was amazed and a little put out when the Jimnys won. He'd never seen one off road!

Tyres look good pal, how tall are they ?

Just got to get my front arches sorted in the next few weeks and I'll be ready for RTV. Hopefully be on the first event with you Jack....

Sniper they stand just over 31" and 8.5" wide 
Groundworker my wheel base is 89.5"
This will get a little shorter when my new suspension is fitted

Yeah, we have pointed out that we're down as super short wheel base at 89.5" whereas one guy who has a series 1 80" is short wheel base, think they're picking on us poor Suzuki's...someone recently mentioned they had an old 88" body laying around which would probably fit a treat on a Jimny..
