Think it depends which engine you have, mine is a 2000 on an x plate but has the m13a engine,my parts lad ordered my belts but the ones on his system were for an earlyer g13b engine and one of them was too short for mine think it was the powersteering one.you have to remove viscous fan and the surround to get the belts off thats on the 13a engine never done them on a 13b mite be the same but not 100% sure.

Got my transmission breathers done today, gearbox and transfere box are a pain lol

gearbox oil and transfere box oil changed

Also stonechipped some parts underneath and what was left in the tin i gave the visible parts of the axels a waft over doesnt half tidy it up although it wont stay like that for long im guessing once im out in the mud.

cleaned the egr pipe from the valve to the inlet was a quick easy job and killed 10 mins before i locked up at work.

next on my list is to finish the boot floor, make a start on the snorkel and im going to run the breather pipe into the airbox rather than up the side of the snorkel, also want to fit a light in the boot as its quite annoying not having one at times.

Few more small updates

boot floor finished

Done my budget snorkel today cost me a total of £14 granted it doesnt look as good as a proper one it will do the job a few pics

also piped the breather for the diffs etc into the air box.

ive ran the snorkel up onto the roof just so rain etc doesnt run down it more than happy with it will do the job, left the air box open over night so all the silicone can dry etc, also had a kinetic rope delivered today id just say im about ready to go out cant wait :)
