A very large hammer?
Or possibly a blow torch and hammer?
That or cut it off and weld a new section on?

A very very large crowbar and a lot of grunting got it moved enough to mount towbar. Yay

Good news, well done.

There are times when the use of a ‘persuader’ is the only thing to get the job done.

It looks like someone might have used the recovery point to try to free something stuck in a hole and bent it downwards.
