A very very large crowbar and a lot of grunting got it moved enough to mount towbar. Yay

Good news, well done.
There are times when the use of a ‘persuader’ is the only thing to get the job done.
It looks like someone might have used the recovery point to try to free something stuck in a hole and bent it downwards.
