Me and GV42, about to install the Floating axle conversion, and need to install the abs rings onto the hubs , any tips ? Hubs and rings are new !

Do you have a press? If not warming the rings in an oven to 200c should produce enough clearance without structural alterations to the steel.

LM42 Qand GV42. Will ye post some pics of the conversion will make an intresting post.

Heavy Duty Transfer Box Brackets, 2-inch Black Raptor lift kit, caster adjusters, Rust removed and stich welded new sections. Galvanised Chassis. Body,Engine,transmission swap. Anti Rollbar Roll / Sway Bar / DAVES ARB disconnect kit.Osram Night Breaker Head light mod and white 501 led side lights.

So, after a bit of reading, we set about to fit the abs rings, we heated up the rings with a blow torch, and then just dropped into place!

That's probably safer, I got I right telling off the last time I used the kitchen oven for something similar!
