Hello i have just refurbished my front hubs so seals and bearings all new but just after 1 month i found them all soaked with greece and i think also oil casue the colour is greyish . i have done them many times and this never happened to me before.Only thing i did not change is the dust cover placed on the back of the hub and are a bit old . can water get in there from them ?. What can be the problem ?

Did you get the seals from a known good supplier?

The dust cover is exactly that. It doesn't stop water getting in or oil getting out. But there shouldn't be any grease in the swivel to leak out. The only bits that should be greased are inside the CV joint and the kingpin bearings. If you have put grease anywhere else (e.g. filled the whole joint with grease as you would on a landrover) then this will inevitably leak out past the dust seal. I have never found  a need to change the dust seal on a Jimny swivel.
Otherwise check the condition of the sealing surface on the driveshaft.

Have you done this yet? I just had the same. When I took it apart the seal had come out and was hanging on the shaft. Replaced with a new seal and it's leaking again. Taking it apart tomorrow. Maybe the seal needed tapping in further. Hopefully won't be a big problem.
