I just remembered! I found a diagram online and saved it to my phone of what I belive the part is, as I'm pretty sure it's this. In the picture attached it's listed at part no. 5

The small pipe that has the right angle going up has the pinhole in it. Hope this helps describe it better.

That pipe you have coloured in is on the front of the engine into the head. It isn't located where your other photos have shown.

I know th coloured piece is not the part with the hole, but it's the only diagram I could find. In that picture it's part number 5.

Hi mate,

I had exactly the same issue and bought the housing from Martin.

I also bought the link pipe and rubber seals that go between the housing and the pump as the pipe was a bit tricky to remove from the old housing and in my ham-fisted manner I crushed it.

Martin sent me a numbered drawing and I just told him which numbered parts I required

Here is the correct diagram I pinched from the internet rather than using the Suzuki one.
