Should be G13bb
Does it have a large black cover on front of engine over cam belt
Maybe says 16V on it

The two different types are

one has a crank sensor and a cam sensor
one has just a cam sensor

The camshaft pick up sprocket is different between the two, so if you get the wrong one either the cam has to be swapped (and I believe you have to drill the block if you need a crank sensor), or you can remove the pick up sprocket and replace it, but it has to go on in the right place. There is a post on here about swapping it.

No-one really knows which engine you have, the soft top could have either, you need look for the crank sensor to tell.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

If your engine looks like this, It's behind the bottom belt pully if get under it from the front.

Ignore the red circle.

It's been fettled just a tad.
