Hey everyone,
Got a 2008 Jimny with vacuum controlled 4wd. I've replaced almost everything related to the 4wd. It used to flash the 4wd light. Last repair was done by a professional that has years of experience working on Jimnys. He eventually gave up as he suspects that the last problem left solving is an electrical one.
Now the 4wd light is constantly on and the low light flashes with the wonderful addition of a warning sound that sounds every other second.
Could a Suzuki workshop pinpoint that problem with a scanner or should I just give up?
P.s. as a last resort, does anyone know the location of that alarm speaker?

Check the condition of the connections to the transfer box they are quite exposed and susceptible to damage.

Thanks I'll do that. I'll check with the garage first though, pretty sure they've checked it while replacing the transfer box.

It's not impossible that the wires were stretched or trapped when the transfer box was replaced.
