Start at a corner and pull hard. Yes it will probably make some noises but if you want the grill off you must persevere. I will assume you have released the clips that you use a small screwdriver to lever the screw out!

I have released the clips under the bonnet and the 90° ones at the bottom of the grille, shown in the pictures in the previous replies. Trim clips were mentioned as well but couldn't figure out how to get to/remove these. Do these also need doing before pulling?

After 90 clips and 2 under bonnet you just have to pull. Start at lower corner and pull towards you. The clips will release itself. Work al round till you get to bottom again.

Found that starting at bottom where 90 degree clips are you have more of a hand hold there.

Lower black clips rotate through 90 deg, upper push clips, then the very tough white clips. I started at the top near the headlight. Yes , I thought I'd break the grill but I didn't. Good luck.

HELP! I'm stuck with the top of the grill. The grill is held fast by something on top of the 'S' in the middle and won't budge. I'm afraid to break it.

Have you removed the 2 plastic push rivets that go to the top of the radiator housing?

I was thinking about upgrading the horns to something louder than you'd expect on Noddy's car. Has anyone any recommendations for any louder horns on the Gen 4 which will plug straight in without any messing around?

There is just enough room to mount the horns in front of the blanking plate adjacent to the off-side headlamp but the pump needs to go inside the engine bay alongside the rad. on the off-side. The standard wiring is not up to the load of the pump so you need to fit a 30 amp relay, activated by the standard horn wiring and feed directly from the battery.

Soeley's picture appears to show a different horn to my original unit so maybe he has a different solution.

Yes, that is a Stebel Naughtilus I already had. I had to split the trumpet from the compressor though to fit it there.
