My partner is on the short side and as my Jimny is high off the ground, she had to make use of a breeze block to step onto to get into the passenger side today  Was thinking a Land Rover step bolted on would be a better solution than dragging round a breeze block on a piece of rope. Anyone attempted fitting a step such as this one?

Might still be a bit high - will look into them though. She's knee-high to a grass-hopper.

One of the ones i was looking to buy had aluminium running boards that didn't look too hideous, don't know where you would get some but it seems they are available.

They sell a set of rock sliders that also double as a step on Jimny bits for £200ish,ive not even bought my Jim yet and I know it'll be my 3rd mod after lift and tyres. Mainly because I have seen the effects first hand of a lifted Hilux with sliders vs a small child slamming open an Astra door in a supermarket car park. The door (and window :D) lost in a big way.
