Spark plug socket

I'd like to check/ replace the spark plugs in my VVT Jimny. My old socket does not fit into the hole but it's the right size for the spark plug because it fits on the spark plug when its in my hand... Looks like I need a socket with thin wall thickness?
Can someone attach a link of an appropriate/tested socket, please? I'd like to avoid purchasing another useless piece. Thank you.

You can normally get the coil pack back on and pull it out with that

Mine is 1/2" socket. Rubber in the end sure holds the plug so I can get it out, but the socket stays on the plug when I lift the extension rod out after securing the plug back in.. It's tricky to get the socket out afterwards so I would buy the long one in the picture instead.shakennstirred wrote: It has the rubber in the ends to hold the plug

I have the same problem. solved it by wrapping some insulation tape around the extension bar and onto the socket to stop it coming off when doing the job
