Will a throttle body from either engine/model mentioned be interchangeable?

No idea, have you tried cross referencing part numbers from the workshop manual?

I’ve googled the oem part number provided on parts stores like beforward. But nothing matches exactly. The main difference appears to be where the throttle cable attaches but it is in the same side, it just appears plastic in construction. I haven’t found a manual yet for the car (not for a JDM at least). I guess the biggest issues will be finding out the diameter of the valve to the butterfly, if it seals when set, and if the tps talks to the computer
