Had Ohlins on all my bikes, all benefitted.

Unfortunately way beyond my budget. www.ohlins.eu/en/news/oehlins-for-suzuki-jimny-2018--66253/

Love to know what a full Ohlins [shocks, springs, lift] does to the Jimny. Anyone?

Yep they certainly have a good reputation in the performance world of motoring. Interesting that they feel a market exits (or existed) with the new Jimny. It feels at odds to me fitting a very high performance suspension ( read very expensive) to a collection of other parts designed in the 1980s, unless they allow articulation beyond comparison.
Good luck to them and those with deeper pockets.

Yokohama Geolanders, Sony head unit, NAUTILUS Air Horn, DRL conversion, Rear cargo space, Elvis Bobblehead, transfer Guard, Indian hanging Elephant, Koni Heavy track dampers, Custom SS exhaust, Voodoo Doll, Adventure Rack with LED ight bar, vintage ERIBA caravan usually attached (yes it's slow)

l don't have any issues at all with the standard suspension on our Gen 4.
ln fact l am very impressed with it, the on-road performance on poor road surfaces is way more refined than my Defender was with the standard setup.
Fitting adjustable dampers and softer springs on my Defender has improved it, but the Jimny still makes a better road vehicle.
Off road, well l've only used the Jimny on green lanes but l've no issues at all with it.
l think Suzuki have done a great job with the new Jimny, bearing in mind it's a traditional live axle 4x4 with recirculating ball steering.
l wouldn't mess with it myself, but there's always people who want to experiment and modify.

Wise words from the forum. I agree Suzuki have done a great job and I’m not for messing with the OEM set up.

That said the Ohlins fitted to my bikes delivered a profound improvement in ride and performance. Worth every penny.

Having said that, the cost of Ohlins for my Jimny’s four corners is way beyond me.

Maybe Martin can haggle a free set up for himself and deliver a verdict.
