SZ5 mods recommendations

Hi All. Recent SZ5 purchaser and new to Jinnys in general but I can see it may be a love affair that lasts! Have started to do a few tweaks but would like to have the chassis Waxoyled and perhaps have the OME 2” lift. We are near Sevenoaks in Kent, does anyone know a specialist in this area who does this kind of work? Thanks. J

Sorry cant help with the lift options, but plenty will be along to help you out, some good modifications by owners of G4 already.
Getting some protection on the underside is a good idea in my opinion, the G4 appears to be similar to the G3 in terms of rust protection, so a good investment whatever you do.

Hello and welcome. I would definitely recommend some sort of rust protection underneath. I went with Dinatrol at a local garage that does an annual inspection and touch up within the price.

I also have the OME 40mm lift, supplied by Buzz Special Vehicles an hour from you, they also provide a fitting service. They came recommended to me and I would in turn recommended them. I fitted the lift myself, i did have a few queries whilst doing so and Alex was very good and quick at answering them.

I have heard of them before on here, I was hoping there would be a jimny specialist just round the corner but as you say they are not too far away. Just spent a fun hour reading all your posts start to finish! Impressive work and some nice design! J
