I would suggest that it is going to be a fairly custom process and you will need to make it up as you go along, taking the minimum amount in little sections at a time. It will probably be easier to support the car on the chassis and remove the road springs to obtain maximum compression more safely and just see what keeps catching. How big are the tyres?

Never seen the arch liners re-attached as the part they go to is the part trimmed off.
The vertical seam on the front bulkhead needs to be folded out of the way at the lower portion.

Do the fenderless amongst us apply any extra protection under the wings, when I looked last it just appeared to be finished in what I assume is a phosphate primer?
The comment about removing the arch liners made me think back to my Hillman Avenger days and the eternal mud trap that was the top wing section. It rotted out quickly, as did the rest of the car, but was a primary hole / filler hot spot on the vehicle.
Is the modern primer good enough on its own or do you recommend extra protection?
Mike

Thanks Keithy,
I had wondered what was done, I did feel the mud trap was a bad idea, but never sure what people did.
