You should check the connection then first. Even reset the errors and see if they come back as things might come around after the engine swap..
I moved most sensors over from my old engine to the new one as the ecu worked with the old ones and gave no errors before i switched engines..

the o2 sensor number one is on the exhaust manfold on my car, not sure of your car has two of these being it is 2002 but i think it is the same.
The no 1 sensor is before the catalytic converter and the no 2 sensor after the cat. under the car.
both connections on the wiring loom at the firewall behind the engine on the exhaust side.
I had to change one o2 sensor after my engine swap, dunno why..

knock sensor is on the side of the engine, sorry i cant remeber wich side right now.

I'm not sure how the O2 sensor was fine on your old engine but not with this one as you've not touched it to change the engine!

I think I'd be tempted to drive it as it is for a week after disconnecting and re-connecting the O2 sensor plug. Then if it's still the same after resetting, change the O2 sensor.

As kirky says.

You may have a sensor from your donor engine?
I got a 99 baleno sensor on mine now, think they are all mostly the same when the wire count is the same. Suzuki is clever to reuse the same parts.
