Hey guys
Is there someone out there who knows how to get the follow me home light to work on the gen4 .. I have been in the settings an put both the welcome light and the follow me home light to 20 seconds but it does not stay on when I take the key out..! The welcome light do get on when I unlock the car but it will still shot off after 10 sec...? Hmm is there anybody who has experience the same thing..?

Have you tried the following from the handbook?

Guide me light (if equipped)
Guide me light has two functions of "To
home" and "To car" for improving your visi￾bility in the dark.
"To home" function
Even after you leave the car, the ground
will be illuminated for a short while with this
function. You can turn on the front position
lights and the headlights in the low beam
setting for about 1 O seconds after the igni￾tion switch is turned "LOCK".
To set the function:
1) Turn the lighting switch to "AUTO" posi￾tion.
2) Turn the ignition switch to "LOCK" posi￾tion.
3) Pull the lighting control lever toward
you once and open the driver's side
door within 60 seconds. Or pull the
lighting control lever toward you once
while the driver's side door is open.

Personally I haven't, I just have the "To Car" function set, and remember it only works if the headlight switch is set to Auto.

I have tried to put on the setting both in daylight and in dark I have followed the instructions from the manual and been in the light guide settings (between the speedometer and rev counter and set both the welcome and follow light to 25 sec..! But the light won’t stay on when I shut down the engine..!
