I hope this post comes across the right way, it's not a complaining post but the opposite, meant to praise.

If anyone remembers my fitting of my Jimnybits Rocksliders I was unable to get them level?

Upon further investigation I found the front end to be hard up against the front of the sill. The only way to level the rocksliders was to remove the bolt from the front mount (1st picture).

I got in touch with Jimnybits one evening and early next morning Russ replied asking me some questions and I sent him some pictures. A few emails back and forth that day lead to the conclusion that some Gen3 brackets had been sent out in error. They were out of stock at the time and said they would post the correct brackets out as soon as the new batch came back from powder coating.

New brackets arrived Wednesday, today I have swapped the front brackets over and now the fit is perfect and I have level rocksliders.

You can see the difference (2nd & 3rd pictures).

Now I have been very happy with Jimnybits products:
Filter guard
Transfer case guard
Rear recovery points
Rocksliders

I am not put off by this mix up at all, if anything it has reinforced my faith in them as a company. Mistakes happen I accept that, but I judge on how things are rectified and Russ at Jimnybits couldn't have been any more helpful and quicker to resolve the issue.

A big Thumbs Up from me!

This is spot on. Humans make mistakes. It's how they deal with them that matters.

Dealt with JB on a number of occasions and spent the value of my car with Russ. A couple of problems but all outside their responsibility. Fantastic resolutions and an offer of discount on the next purchase. I abused the offer and waited till I was buying my diff, Russ honoured the offer, top bloke.
