I have just seen a sale of a contigent of brand new Jimnys 3 which were allegedly produced in 2019 with the new 1.5l engine from Jimny 4.

Look at the ad for yourselves:
www.autoscout24.de/angebote/suzuki-jimny...50040a95cc?cldtidx=2

In case that the ad expires, I have the attached the screenshots of it in the current time.

There are no pictures of the opened engine bay in that ad.

Has anyone heard of this factory edition!?

Hasn't the worldwide production of Jimnys 3 ceased in 2018? What about Brazil?

This is implying that it's not impossibly difficult to retrofit the 1.5 and by inference any of it's siblings to the gen3. Either that or whomever wrote the advertisement is confused.
