I would say with 99% certainty thats its not a normal standardized functioning of some system (like abs)

I'll tell ye why, bcus when i give it the beans, the "micro-ziiizz" is somewhat proportionate to the amount of beans im giving it.

I’ve had it since day 1, I love the mechanical gears noise, but I’m convinced the zizzy grinding noise just isn’t right, but hope I’m wrong and it’s just a Jimny quirk.

I have thought this also, have used the Hill Descent now a good few times it does sound like a very quick short burst of the sound you get when using it.

It's not an exhaust shield vibrating and then expanding and going quiet with heat is it?

I think this sounds like bulletin Q-A6G-004 applies to this (Tensioner bearing in transfer box).

Get your dealer to investigate

Just hit 650 miles and the micro grind has just started on our Jimny does anyone know if bulletin W-A6G-004 is the latest fix for this problem ? Will need to phone dealer in morning ,thx.

Hi all,
Is the bulletin the final fix for this noise? I have read that the noise is still present post the bulletin application. The only improvement was the reduction of the volume of the noise. Is that correct or the noise is completely disappeared afterwards?
