My 2002 Jimny has not been serviced for about 15 months what is needed

Oil, oil and air filter is the most basic requirement.

Other than that it depends what has previously been done. Might need diff transfer and gearbox oils. Timing belt. Spark plugs. Brake fluid and coolant change if you want to go that far.
