Poll -- 2019 Jimny Model and Colour ordered

Ordered yesterday, one of the lucky people to get on the list for the first UK batch. No idea of the colour but will be a SZ5. Lucky dip really whatever comes to the UK shores and the dealer first. They have a blue demo but they are not allowed to sell demos at the moment. I hear a 2 year delay in production in Japan already. The dealer in Durham said they had sold their first batch and don't know if they will get anymore in 2019.

I've ordered a kinetic yellow SZ5, first time foray into Suzuki ownership and really looking forward to another car with character.

Looks like I'm getting my preferred Blue, early February delivery hopefully.

No problem as long as it is made in Japan and has the 1500 engine, I was reckoning there are 2 good years left in mine anyway.

Was lucky to get the call from our local dealer I could have a Kinetic Yellow SZ5 which was the colour we wanted in January.

They took expressions of interest but no deposits and a few people did not like the colour or were not in a position to buy so their loss is my gain.

Greetings, first post on here. From the UK but based in Poland for at least the next few years so have ordered a Jungle Green elegance - same spec as the UK SZ5 although I don't think the dark green is available in the UK? Will be left hand drive of course.

Car is due latest in June according to the dealer. Order has been accepted in Japan.

On the basis that most of the official Suzuki marketing materials use a colour that the professionals have selected to make the Jimny look its best - I went for Kinetic Yellow.

On the other hand - at this stage some folk will just have to accept whatever colour their dealer can acquire.

I place a deposit last August for a blue one... but been told it's very much pot luck on colour. Slight chance I will be offered a Kenetic Yellow one. If I do get the Yellow I plan on having the bonnet wrapped match the black roof. Then have the area from the B pillar back from the body line half way up and across the back door wrapped in the same black so it appears like soft top/cab from distance. That way the yellow will be a little broken up.

Sounds good, I think the Jungle Green and Ivory in that combo would look good, like an old Landy.
