I wanted one without a pokey-out head, as it's for the daily driver, so needed to be a bit subtle...
Hmmm... Hang on...
I take it left-hand-drive Jimnys also have the aerial on "the wrong side" too then? D'Oh!
I'll have to work round that then?...

I'm planning on tying a piece of string to the radio end of the aerial and pulling the old one out, and then use the string to pull
Then, from an initial look, I'll have to trim the snorkel head around the new aerial whilst fitting it? And seal it with black sealant...
Should be back on this soon

Strangely the radio reception is better than the standard aerial.

Indeed, considering the price of a genuine Suzuki aerial I emailed Martin early this morning and cancelled it...
I'll just drag the aerial cable out with a piece of string on the end to then pull a 3 core cable back through for the roof lights, especially as the radio aerial would have been sat in / under the snorkel head it seems...
I've always got a CD in and don't often listen to the radio in the Jimny (although we do have Absolute 80's on DAB on in the shop all day every day...
